Impotant Information: 

• This is a test and repair service of the customers own unit.
• Before removing unit from the vehicle, check and record all fault codes. Supply these and any other diagnostic information when sending unit to PEC.
• Before removing pipes, clean all dust / grit off ABS module and pipes.
• When pipes have been removed, seal all holes in ABS hydraulic block to ensure no dirt ingress.
• ABS module must be left attached to hydraulic block and motor.
• Pack unit very well to avoid damage during transportation. 

Common Faults:

• ABS / ESP inoperative appears in dash cluster
• Power steering malfunction appears in dash cluster
• Fault code in various modules related to Loss of communication with ABS module
• Fault code 5001 - there is an internal fault in control unit N30/4 - (electronic stability program control unit)
• Fault code 5944 - there is an internal fault in control unit N30/4 - (electronic stability program control unit)
• Fault code 5945 - there is an internal fault in control unit N30/4 - (electronic stability program control unit)
