    • Before removing unit from the vehicle, check and record all fault codes. Supply these and any other diagnostic information when sending unit to PEC.
    • Before removing pipes, clean all dust / grit off ABS module and pipes.
    • When pipes have been removed, seal all holes in ABS hydraulic block to ensure no dirt ingress.
    • ABS module must be left attached to hydraulic block and motor.
    • Pack unit very well to avoid damage during transportation. 

    Common Faults:

    • No communication with scan tool to ABS module
    • ABS traction light on instrument cluster 
    • Fault codes related to pump voltage fault
    • Fault code C1073 - faulty motor drive circuit
    • Fault code C2116 - abnormality in power supply voltage in pump motor
    • Fault code C2104 - faulty valve power supply circuit
    • Fault code C1200 - wheel speed sensor signal open
    • Fault code C2200 - module internal error
    • Fault code P1773 - malfunction of ABS
