Returns Policy

12 Month Australian Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, products listed and sold by PEC Australia come with a 12-month warranty. This warranty is given by PEC Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 64 164 787 722) and is applied only to products listed and sold by PEC Australia.

Warranty given by PEC Australia cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. As a consumer, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement or repair for a major failure which has been confirmed by us. Partial refund agreed by consumer may be less than the purchase price is also deemed to have completed the claim.

How to make a claim

To make a claim, please contact us via email. When a claim is received, our customer service team will consider each claim on a case by case basis and if required, photographic proof may be requested by us to complete the claim.

In the event where PEC Australia requires faulty products to be sent back to us, we will pay for the return postage fees.

Warranty period commences on the date the payment is fully received by PEC Australia. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase in case you need to make a claim.

We are committed to providing the highest level of service and ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, so please contact us prior to leaving any unfavourable/unnecessary feedback.

 

PEC Australia will not provide a refund, replacement, exchange or resend under the following conditions: 

  • Product was damaged by using it in a way it was not intended to be used.
  • Product was stolen or damaged due to wear and tear.
  • You have had the defect made known to you before you purchased the product.
  • You changed your mind and wish to return used, unsalable products which is free from manufacturing defects or faults.
  • Claimed product/s are found to be in good working order.
  • Faulty products returned in exchange for a higher value product. 

If any returned goods are found to be in good working order, PEC Australia reserves the right to seek reimbursement for any costs incurred by us in relation to such goods. In such event, we may hold your goods until payment is received.
